Shipping and Returns

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your parcel.

You may cancel your order within 1-2 working days. After this period, a cancellation fee of 20 GBP will apply.

SHIPMENT

The Covers Company ships internationally but cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We offer free shipping on all orders over 150 GBP or equivalent in other currencies.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs vary by region:

• Shipping to EU countries: 15 GBP
• Shipping to other countries: 20 GBP

Orders are processed within 5 working days of payment and should arrive within four to five weeks.

Shipments are sent Monday through Friday (9 AM to 4 PM) via UPS Courier Service or local postal services, allowing you to track your package from dispatch to delivery.

IMPORT DUTIES

Local customs offices may apply additional charges. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. For any questions, feel free to email us or consult your local customs office.

No additional taxes will be charged for shipments to the UK, USA, CA, and EU.

RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

To initiate a return, email us at info@thecoverscompany.com. We will provide a return label and form. Once the form is filled out, include it in the parcel, attach the UPS label, and drop the package off at your nearest UPS Access Point. Return shipping costs are 20 GBP for EU customers and 40 GBP for non-EU customers.

To qualify for a refund, items must be new and undamaged. If the returned product meets these conditions, we will refund the original purchase price within one week, minus shipping costs. You will be notified when we receive your returned package.

You may also use an alternative shipping method to return your items. All returns must be sent to our production house in Lithuania. Contact info@thecoverscompany.com for the return address and instructions.

The Covers Company is responsible for any lost returns sent via the provided UPS label. If you choose another shipping method, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and any customs fees.
